Premiere Ag New Equipment Warranty

Premiere Ag will warranty each new conveyor to be free from factory defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service when set up and operated in accordance with factory instructions.
This warranty will apply under the following conditions:
- The warranty will be limited to one year from the date of the End Users purchase.
- A “Warranty Registration Form” and Inspection Report” must be filled out and returned to Premiere Ag at the time of sale in order to qualify for replacement of defective parts.
- The warranty is void on any unit that has been tampered with or has been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident.
- The warranty is limited to the supplying of replacement parts in exchange for parts defective due to material or factory workmanship.
- The warranty covers material only, unless expenditures are pre-authorized by Premiere Ag in writing.
- A reasonable allowance may be charged to cover labor for replacement of damaged parts at the discretion of Premiere Ag.
- Normal wear and service items such as belts, hoses, flashing, etc., will only be considered warranty at the discretion of Premiere AG
- Items such as electric motors or gas engines fall under the manufacturer’s warranty and need pre-authorized approval by Premiere Ag.
- Commercial applications will reduce the warranty period to 90 days from the original date of delivery.
All warranty repairs must be performed at an authorized Premiere Ag dealer in order to receive credit. Returned parts must be sent to the factory in order to qualify for warranty replacement.
